- On confirmation of the booking a deposit of €20 per person is required. If your party exceeds 90 pax, a deposit of €30 per person is required.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- Final numbers and payment must be confirmed to hotel 14 days prior to the date that your party is booked in.
- In the the event of final numbers decreasing by more than 40% of provisional numbers booked, a fee of €15 PER PERSON CANCELLED will apply.
- Party nights will commence at 8pm sharp. In the event of your party (or members of) arriving late they can join the rest of the group at the course being served.
- If due to unforeseen circumstances any party night is cancelled by the hotel, a full refund or a change of date will be offered.
- Residents bar closes at 2.30am.
- Hotel accepts no liability for coats or personal belongings not left in our cloakroom.
- A credit card will be required prior to any tabs being opened on the night.
- Credit card will be held behind the bar until full payment is made. Alternatively a Pre Authorisation of the credit card may be taken on the night.
- Payment of booking deposit will be deemed as acceptance of above terms and conditions.
